  2. Provide your order number, details of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return.
  3. Once your return is authorized, securely package the item(s) and send them back to us using a traceable shipping method. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or was sent incorrectly.

3. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to return the item at no cost to you, and we will send you a replacement or issue a full refund.
